Pasta-less pasta

I'm not a huge pasta eater and I'm vegetarian, so when I come home and find that mums cooked up a big batch of spaghetti I have to think fast, raid the pantry, fridge and sometimes the freezer. Tonight this was the case.

Whislt herself and dad indulge in the richness of the ground mince and pasta sauce I was slaving away in the kitchen for a very long time.... About 5 minutes actually. I came across the idea of this a few weeks ago and it surely has become one of my favourite meals, it is so versitile with its flavours you wouldn't even know your not actually eating spaghetti... Kind of... But hey gotta give things a chance in life.

Technically you could even call this raw vegan, gluten free, dairy free, no preservativs... I could go on.

This is my "Zuchinni bolengaise "
                Don't judge it till you've tried it...


Recipe calls for:
1 large zuchinni
5 cherry tomatoes 
4 sundried tomatoes 
1 tin of four been mix 
THATS ALL! 

Method:
1. Peel the whole zuchinni with an apple peeler until you hit the seeds this will act as your pasta.. If you haven't realized yet. 

2. Blits both types of tomatoes... This is your sauce.... Season to taste

3. Add four been mix to your pasta and then tip sauce. Heat on low heat until zuchinni is warmed.
