One of my best memories from when I was a little girl was on a hot day being treated to an icecream, or icy pole. The instant relief you got from the temperature of the icecream still is present in my mind today when I think about it. The way it would drip way too quickly and it suddenly turned into a race against the sun who could eat it first.
With it ending up either all over your hands, around your mouth or dripping down your arms you would still endeavour to eat it all and not miss a drop.
This is how I felt last night when I created my muddle puddle "nice cream". Calling it this because it is incredibly healthy for you, is the Easiest to make and tastes like my childhood favourite icecream. Chocolate billabong.
Basically I've made this recipe three times and the flavour and texture of this one was by far the best yet, it really did surprise me. I could of easily ate 3 more more bowls and it wouldn't have mattered because it is that healthy.
Recipes calls for:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 tsp of sugar free chocolate milk powder
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Mix all together and put in a shallow container and place in freezer for about 2-3 hours
Take out and blitz!!! That's it!
Coming in at only 40 calories the amount of it with shock you!
