Today I planned wake up, go for my run and then come home to a bit stack of pancakes, but sadly my stomach and the weather had other plans. I didn't feel too crash hot at about 2:30 am and kind of knew that I wasn't going to make my run. So what did I do instead... I enjoyed a beautiful sleepin that everyone should experience once in a while. I felt refreshed and ready to go
But my craving for that stack was gone and I craved something warm and "fruitful" income the oats!
Nana bread oats.. Probably one of my favourite flavours, accompanied with blueberries, rapberries and gojis, so much antioxidants to fight Away all the germs and illnesses and to boost my immune system, also with cinnamon for that metabolism burning power.
Recipe calls for
-half a nana
- 25 grams oats
- 2 eggwhites
- nativia to taste
-cinnamon to taste
What ever toppings you like.. My oats are never without PB2, highly recommended it
Method:
Cook oats as per usual, add in chopper banana and them natvia and cinnamon. Try not too cook the flavour out, top with delicious goodies
