Today is Saturday, and today means carbs, so what do I do? Start my day off with practically a carbless breakfast.... But that just means more for me during the day and night... I've been waiting for this day allll week and planning for this day all week.
Tomorrow I'm taking part in the HBF run fest, the 10km run. It's a great feeling to be doing something that's going to benefit the community and also makes you feel apart of the community. I've only ever run 10km once and that was two days ago and I wasn't doing it by myself.. But I'm confident I can get through it with ease :)
Running is something I've recently started doing.. And I've come to really love it, it gives you crazy freedom and a sense of satisfaction when you've pushed yourself to go that little further, so get up and get your running shoes on!!!
It's crazy to think that only about 2 months ago I really struggled to run 1-2km and now I'm running 10!!! Hopefully more one day.
Anywayyyyyy enough of that
This is my "strawberry birthday cake protein pancakes"
(The weekend is a party and deserves cake"
3egg whites
1 scoop about time birthday cake whey protein
2 table spoons phsyllium husk
1 tsp strawberry extract
Practically mix everything together... Make sure you cook on very low heat.
