Tropical cinnamon swirl eggy protein pancakes ( insert breathe here)
I was absolutely starving when I thought of this recipe/flavour I really wanted them straight away and couldn't be bothered making any thing too difficult.
These pancakes arent the most difficult but they are super when it comes to flavour, super low fatty and high on protein. The cinnamon aids in that morning metabolism boost that all you fittness junkies yern for in the morning, and hey who doesn't love fruit. If you don't love fruit in my eyes your an idiot, except for my best friend I love her...
Anyway, these are probably my favourite flavour and when the at accompanied by sugar free maple, they instantly turn into doughnuts.
WHATT DOUGHNUTS FOR BREAKY! Yes I'm not lying people. Don't be afraid of the eggwhites, they are doughnuts... Give them a chance
Did I mention they are incredibly high in fibre??? All thanks to the husk.. Phsyllium husk that is... Helps to get ya moving in the morning and feeling light throughout the day ;)
Annnyywayys recipes calls for..
3 egg whites
1 scoop of cellucors cinnamon swirl protein
2 tablespoons of that husky stuff
1 sweetner
1/2 tsp bi carb and baking powder
As much cinnamon as you want.. I always want lots!
Method to the MADNESS!
- blend It all up
- Cook on low heat, usually makes about 6-8 good size eggy pancakes creating a beautiful stack of lushness
Topped with so much yummy fruit and maple if your feeling
Ike some doughnuts in the morning...
