Drool drool drool, take me back to those days where I would eat raw cookie dough from that little tube that mum would get from the shops, that little tube that you could actually see the crystallised sugar glistening away on the light, pretty sure it's what subway uses, that's why their cookies taste SO FKN GOOD!
No need to resort back to those old habits with this incredibly tasty, healthy and easy cookie dough. Once you've tried it you'll never return to all that sugar!!! Not even with the chocolate on top!!
It took me a while to perfect this recipe, as it was pretty hard to get the right texture and consistency, whether it needed less or more liquid it's safe to say its pretty perfect and so versatile for flavours!!
Recipe calls for
1 cup of crushed weetbix YES WEETBIX! Or spelt flakes
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 sweetners
1 and a bit tsp of vanilla extract and some salt
Method:
WIZ IT UP IN A BLENDER! Set in fridge, the linger you leave it the thicker it gets and more like cookie dough
When you take it out give it a stir and fluff up. Top with cocoa nibs and sugar free chocolate.
