Nothing much needs to be said, this recipe is faultless, simlple. Low in carbs and packed full of protein! Oh and a hugggeeeee serving. I struggled.
Recipe calls for:
1 scoop of whey protein I used about time birthday cake
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 egg white
1 to 2 tbsp almond milk until mix able
1 tbsp mashed banana
Sweetner to taste
Handful of blueberries
1/2tsp Baking powder
Method.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl besides blueberrys
Then in a mug put a layer of mixture in then top with blueberrys then add remaining batter.
Cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes and watch the magic happen!
That's it!! You can add more mashed banana to add moistness to the cake
